About Asian University Presidents Forum
The Asian University Presidents Forum originated from China-Thailand University Presidents Forum in 2001, when Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, Chaoshan College, Srinakharinwirot University, and Siam University of Thailand jointly put forward a proposal to establish a conference for Sino-Thai higher education institutions. The proposed conference was to be held annually and would seek expansion to include university presidents throughout Asia.
